Fall ME sessions begin on August 13, 2022. We continue with Private Lessons & In-Person class. Please check our class calendar for schedule.

Zoom classes will be on break until October 15, 2022.

ANNOUNCING THE RETURN OF

Beginning Saturday, May 7, 2022, our in-person classes resume.
 

In-Person classes begin at 2:00PM and are 60+ minutes.
 

$20 per person per class; DROP-IN ONLY.

meditative exercise classes

Our classes are informal, fun and profound all at the same time. By working with your energy, we are usually able to make obvious and sustainable changes in pain, range of motion and mental clarity right on the spot. It can be quite entertaining! The unique and innovative methods of thinking and moving captivate and inspire, but the key is how participating makes you feel. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. 

IN-PERSON CLASSES

In-Person classes are held every other Saturday beginning at 2:00PM E.T. and running 60+ minutes. Location is dependent upon weather. 

DROP-IN ONLY

NO REGISTRATION

$20 per person, per class

ZOOM CLASSES

Zoom classes are held every other Saturday morning from 9:30-11:00 AM E.T.


REGISTRATION REQUIRED

$90 for Summer Series Package

(6 classes at $15 per class)

$20 for Drop-In rate

PRIVATE LESSONS

Dr Laseter offers private lessons for those wanting Meditative Exercise tailored to specific needs and goals.  Sessions are held Saturday mornings on the weeks of  In-Person classes. And typically last 50-70 minutes

Guided Meditative Exercise uses the sensitivity and awareness developed through training in Chinese meditative traditions.

 

Dr Laseter can unlock innate healing abilities within your body, even at a distance.

 

Medical qigong, Buddhist and Taoist sects have long-standing distance and group healing traditions. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has sharply reduced our health maintaining activities. Guided Meditative Exercise is a way to fortify health during this serious public health crisis.
