-Wear comfortable shoes!
-Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume or cologne

ARRIVING AT CLASS
-If it is your first class, you will be asked to complete a Liability Waiver and Model Release. Please email Leigh at leigh@laseterosteopathic.com to receive a printable copy to sign and return. The Model Release Form is optional to sign. It is a consent to photograph or video record during classes for use on our social media pages and website, and promotional material for classes. These forms can be downloaded and printed to bring with you.
-Please turn off all electronic devices and silence your mobile phones.
DURING THE CLASS

Class Etiquette
TARDINESS OR LEAVING CLASS EARLY
-Because we are engaged in meditation, it creates a disturbance if people are coming and going. If you are late, wait quietly near the door or off to the side until the instructor motions for you to join the group.
-If you must leave class early, please do so in between meditation exercises, and do so quietly.
-Try to use the restroom before or after the class.
QUESTIONS & DISCUSSIONS
-While questions and comments regarding the material and movement is always welcomed, students are asked to keep talking to a minimum, especially during the session. The instructor will prompt for feedback after certain exercises, and that is when short discussions and questions are encouraged. Questions that require more in-depth answers, or are highly specific to one student, should wait until the end of the class.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
